(we made it a whole month!)

I am going to enter a contest.
Poetry.
But not yet.

The rules mandate that I
Submit my two cents
Within a three-day period.
My poetic eagerness brooding.

Words should never be restrained.

I am going to graduate.
English Teaching.
But not yet.
The indefinite man is
Dangling my career in front of me
On an enduring thread.

Taunting me with the ever-nearing
Happiness and Satisfaction
Promised me.

Hopefully this visit to Limbo
Is just a visit.
